Knoxville, TN – June 25, 2019 – CapitalPlus Financial Services, a leading provider of accounts receivable financing for the construction industry, recently announced the promotion of Curt Powell to Director of Sales, effective July 1. He will assume additional responsibility for managing both external and internal sales teams in addition to managing existing referral relationships.
“We’ve grown exponentially over the past two years and Curt’s hard work has been a large part of that,” said Brent Chambers, EVP. “He has a proven track record in delivering strong sales results. We’re really excited to see where he can take sales efforts in the future as we build out the team. He’s a natural leader.”
Curt has been with CapitalPlus for three years, beginning as a sales representative. Prior to joining CapitalPlus, Curt played for the Detroit Tigers and credits his sports training with creating his team-oriented approach. “Each person has a role, and if we do what’s best for the team, we’ll succeed,” Curt said.
Since 1998, the CapitalPlus team has provided working capital to construction companies of all types and sizes. Curt’s new role will help position the company for continued growth.
