Clare J. Deegan,
Director of Human Resources and Office Manager
CapitalPlus Financial Services, a leading provider of accounts receivable financing for the construction industry, recently announced the addition of Clare J. Deegan as Director of Human Resources and Business Office Manager. In her new role she will oversee benefits administration, A/P and A/R functions as well as all personnel management responsibilities, from recruiting and onboarding to team building and exit interviews.

Before joining CapitalPlus, Clare worked in both small and large hospitality environments, leading HR, Accounting, and office management efforts. She served as a Human Resource Specialist at The Greenbrier Resort where she handled all aspects of benefits administration including health, retirement, disability, workers’ comp, and group life insurance, as well as union benefit negotiations. Previously, she was the Business Office Manager for ABC HealthCare. She earned her Associate’s degree and Legal Certification from Thomas Nelson Community College.
